Website Mission
Statement

INSTRUCTIONS:

IMPORTANT: do NOT, repeat do NOT, skip ahead or look over the program before you take it. You must do the program, in steps, as directed.

First, get 2 pieces of paper (8 1/2 x 11 or equivalent) and something to write with. Then, in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for about 30 minutes, do the following ...

On one piece of paper write down the Life Purpose format exactly as follows:

my mission statement is to ___________ ____________ ____________
                                (3 motivations)

                               _________________
                              (guiding principle)

                  with, to, for _________________
                                    (target)
Do these next steps one at a time ...

1) On the second sheet of paper write down the activities you most like to do; the activities you are most passionate about doing. What do you most like to do? Think about it for a few moments before you write them down. Write down at least 6 if possible. Food and sex do not count, with a few exceptions; a life purpose might indeed involve food or sex (chef, restaurateur or sex therapist or comumnist) so if you feel very strongly then include food or sex.

2) From the Action Verbs database below select as many action verbs as you can that relate to those activities (choose at least 6 if possible; feel free to add any of your own that are not on the list). Write your database selections down on the second sheet of paper.

TARGET DATABASE

INSTRUCTIONS

The Targets database contains examples of group(s) of people
and things that you would most like to see helped. The database is only a
small cross section of society. Obviously it is impossible to list ALL the
thousands of different elements of society so feel free to substitute any
group, groups, entity or cause that you feel the strongest about. You may already
be very clear on who or what you most want to see helped or served and, if so, use that/those
      choices.

That being said,

1) select targets from the database below (or make your own choices) as to who you would most like to see helped (pick as many as you like) and write them down on the second sheet of paper.

note: if your top choice for Target doesn't seem to fit then simply enter "anyone who really cares" on the mission statement sheet (in the blank where it says "with/to/for")

You have now completed all the parts of the Website Mission Statement Program. Make sure you entered them in the proper places on your mission "statement".
Congratulations! You now know what your website mission is. Display it prominently and proudly on your site and reap the rewards!
